Tenant Screening
Once someone is interested in renting your property, all adults are required to complete an application and upon approval become signers on the lease. We make every effort to find tenants who will pay rent timely and will take good care of your property. Our screening process consists of gross income greater than three times the rental rate, full credit report including score (using Trans Union Credit Agency), criminal background check (including sex offenders and terrorists), and eviction check. Upon completion of above, if prospective tenant meets our established criteria we’ll approve them to move in; however, if they fall below our established standards, we will contact you to discuss a possible waiver.
